Hi, I have been a fan for years. I always looked forward to your article in the State Journal every week and enjoyed your hat covered head, holding a chicken. I became a Substack subscriber a couple years ago and found you again. I brought my husband to see you at Stoughton Opera last year and while I knew I would have a good time, he also enjoyed the show. Listening to your readings was like reminiscing about growing up in Dodgeville.
With the knowledge that I will be turning 70 in November I want to spend a little more time listening and pondering. So I am starting each day listening to one of your posts, starting at the beginning. I just listened to #2 which was about Gratitude, which was a perfect way to start 2025. (I listened to #1 on New Year’s Eve).

Until tomorrow -
today, I will ponder gratitude. Linda
