Fantastic! I wish we were all able to channel that mentality when faced with constructive criticism.

Among other things, I was struck by the wonderful clarity of your "three-point-stance" response to the English professor's editing. It evoked for me the difference between "choosing" your response, and possibly "discovering" your response (finding yourself metaphorically in a 3-point-stance), and then discovering this thing you're compelled to do. What a great way for all of us to think about our paths as we uncover our life directions. Can't wait for "Part 2"! By the way, for what it's worth, I love your use of "big words". :-)

I love the big words... but in small dollops. Lest I spend more time with a dictionary than with your tome. (how's that?)

As always, you show up when I need a M. Perry fix most; when I’m stuck in low gear.

A chuckle, a smile, and knowing grandma hung those cards in prime real estate was just the boost I needed. Thanks again writer!
